The Continuum
01 — The Spark: Learning to Build
Before the titles and the venture names, there was curiosity — and an unfiltered obsession with how ideas become systems.
These early years were about immersion. I worked alongside small teams, scrappy founders, and impossible timelines. I learned that innovation isn’t magic — it’s repetition, pattern recognition, and the willingness to rebuild.
Lesson: Everything starts as chaos. The skill is turning it into clarity.

Binary Vision Studios
October 2017 - December 2018
Head of Operations & Strategic Partnerships
Led operations and client delivery for fast-moving startup brands. Managed cross-functional teams, built systems that scaled creative output, and turned chaos into calm. Spearheaded partnerships that expanded reach and tripled project capacity while maintaining lean efficiency. I even led the team in an RFP pitch to the UN and another to JustEat.
Growth Manager
April 2015 - October 2017
My first tech studio. I built and optimized growth systems from the ground up — transforming experiments and spreadsheets into measurable results and made Partner within 2 years. I further developed acquisition frameworks that increased client retention and built early traction for the studio’s long-term partnerships.

Beteaze
April 2018 - October 2018
Growth & Partnerships Manager
Four months in, I accidentally got us all fired by having the company shut down. Why? Because I discovered the entire premise turned out to be illegal under Canadian business law. True story. Even the high-paid lawyers missed it. It was my first taste of what it means to lead with integrity, and my last time assuming the experts always know better.
Entrepreneur in Residence - SkillsBase (ACE Space)
October 2016 - December 2017
Founder & COO
My most spectacular failure — and my most valuable one. A sports-tracking AI platform that took nine months, too many coffee-fueled nights, and ended up generating exactly $0. What it did yield: hard lessons about timing, tech validation, and the art of killing an idea fast (before it kills you).

NextWave Camps
December 2015 - December 2018
Founder, COO
A high-performance sports camp built for the next generation of athletes — think skill meets systems. I ran technical camps, partnered with the Paralympic team and Special Olympics building year-round programming that turned potential into power. It was where my love for structure, systems, and sweat started to collide.

Kendra is the kind of entrepreneur who makes things happen, no matter the challenge.
She’s super strategic, always has a plan, and doesn’t hesitate to dive into the details to make sure everything runs smoothly. What really sets her apart is how she can keep an eye on the big picture while still handling the day-to-day. Plus, she’s got an incredible sense for design, product, and operations - and she brings them together seamlessly to build something truly remarkable. Her work on projects like Kenergy™ and Access really shows how committed she is to building ventures that make a real impact. She doesn’t just launch businesses—she creates lasting change. Whether she’s leading a team or navigating the ups and downs of startup life, Kendra brings a level of preparation and focus that’s honestly inspiring. Watching her turn ideas into real success has been such a rewarding experience. One thing I really love about Kendra is the energy she brings to everything she does. No matter how tough or overwhelming a problem might seem, she always shows up with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. She’s never afraid to take on challenges head-on, and her creativity and determination are contagious. Working with Kendra is not only productive—it’s genuinely exciting and motivating. I'm super excited to see where things take off with her!
